Overview

MPQC/SPA Minerals Sector Safety Passport Scheme has been designed to ensure Candidates are aware of the specific risks associated with the sector. The MPQC/SPA Passport Scheme provides a focused programme, validated by industry professionals, to ensure an adequate knowledge and understanding of generic and industry‐specific awareness of health and safety hazards and the risks arising there‐from.

The MPQC/SPA Minerals Sector Safety Passport scheme includes the following course options:

MPQC/SPA Minerals Sector Safety Passport – 2 day course
MPQC/SPA Minerals Sector Safety Passport – 1 day renewal course

Assessment Methods

Assessment is by a Multiple-Choice examination. At the end of each day of the course, Candidates will take a multi‐choice assessment paper. The attainment of an 80% pass‐mark is required for all
courses.
